Child Safety Policy

1. Public commitment and scope

These standards are issued by Star Billion Engineering Limited, operator of AsAce and publisher on Google Play under the developer name THRIVING HK. They apply worldwide to accounts, profiles, discovery, messages, voice, images, videos, one-to-one audio or video sessions, reports, and every other AsAce feature.

The standards form part of the Terms of Use and operate together with the Privacy Policy.

2. AsAce is restricted to adults

AsAce is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. A minor must not register, use another person's account, participate in a call or chat, or be introduced to adults through AsAce. Users must not falsify age, help a minor bypass a safeguard, or knowingly allow a minor to appear in an adult interaction.

We may use an age gate, eligibility signals, account review, or proportionate verification. If we reasonably suspect minor access, we may promptly restrict features, request verification, preserve information needed for safety, and close the account. No age-control system can promise to prevent every attempted misrepresentation.

3. Definitions used in these standards

Child or minor means a person under 18 for purposes of these product standards, even where a local rule uses a different age for another subject.

Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) includes sexual abuse or exploitation of a child, grooming, enticement, sexual solicitation, sextortion, trafficking for sexual purposes, coercion, and facilitating sexual contact with a child.

Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) means a visual depiction of a child engaged in sexually explicit conduct or depicted in a sexually abusive manner. Depending on applicable law and these standards, it can include photos, video, live media, drawings, altered content, and computer-generated or AI-generated imagery.

4. Content and behavior that are prohibited

A user must not create, request, upload, send, stream, store, trade, promote, link to, or facilitate:

• CSAM or any sexualized depiction of a child;
• grooming, enticement, sexual solicitation, or arrangements for sexual access to a child;
• requests that a child create or transmit sexual content, including self-generated material;
• sextortion, coercion, blackmail, threats, or humiliation involving a child or a person presented as a child;
• child sex trafficking, commercial sexual exploitation, or offers to buy, sell, or exchange access to a child;
• sexual role-play in which a participant is represented as a minor;
• instructions for concealing, distributing, or evading detection of CSAE or CSAM;
• retaliation against, intimidation of, or exposure of a child victim, reporter, or witness; or
• assistance, normalization, or encouragement of any prohibited activity above.

Describing material as fictional, humorous, educational, artistic, AI-generated, or created outside AsAce does not excuse prohibited use. Authorities and qualified organizations must use appropriate secure and lawful channels rather than ordinary user features.

5. Report and block inside AsAce

From the relevant profile, conversation, or active or recent call screen:

1. open the safety menu and select Report;
2. choose Child Safety or the closest available reason;
3. provide a concise description, account name, approximate time, and safe contextual information;
4. submit the report; and
5. use Block to prevent further contact when appropriate.

A person may report conduct directed at someone else. Reports must be truthful and made in good faith. If the in-app route is unavailable, email padhiarzmrzlyew19901@gmail.com with safe contextual information only.

6. Do not copy or email suspected CSAM

Do not download, screenshot, record, reproduce, forward, or attach suspected CSAM to an email. Use the in-app report route and provide only non-illegal context such as an account name, profile link, approximate time, and written description.

If a child faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services or law enforcement first. In the United States, suspected online child sexual exploitation may also be reported directly to the NCMEC CyberTipline (external official reporting website).

7. Review, evidence, and enforcement

We prioritize safety reports according to apparent urgency and risk. Review may use trained personnel, automated detection, account history, relevant content, communication metadata, device or network signals, and information supplied by a reporter.

Depending on the facts, we may:

• end an interaction or restrict profile, discovery, messaging, or calling features;
• remove or disable access to prohibited material;
• suspend or terminate an account and take steps against repeat registration;
• preserve relevant evidence in an access-controlled form;
• protect a victim or reporter from retaliation or renewed contact; and
• report confirmed or apparent CSAM and related conduct to an appropriate authority or qualified safety organization when required or appropriate.

Product enforcement does not require a criminal conviction. We may act on a reasonable safety assessment, subject to applicable law and any required appeal right. Moderation cannot guarantee that every violation will be found or prevented.

8. Cooperation with authorities

AsAce follows applicable child-safety law and responds to valid legal process. We maintain a process for reporting confirmed or apparent CSAM to the competent authority or qualified regional organization. A disclosure may be made in an emergency where applicable law permits it and there is a reasonable need to address an imminent risk of serious harm.

Government and law-enforcement requests should identify the requesting authority, legal basis, accounts or records sought, and response deadline. We may seek clarification or challenge an invalid or overbroad request.

9. Privacy, retention, and appeals

Safety information is handled under the Privacy Policy. Access is limited to personnel and providers with a legitimate need. Relevant records may be retained to prevent repeat abuse, satisfy reporting duties, protect a victim or reporter, cooperate with authorities, resolve a dispute, and establish or defend a legal claim.

Where appropriate and legally permitted, an adult user may appeal an enforcement decision through available in-app support or the contact below. Victim privacy, investigative integrity, safety, and legal restrictions may limit the information we can provide.

10. Safety program and policy changes

Our safeguards include an 18+ rule, eligibility and account review, in-app reporting and blocking, moderation, risk detection, trained escalation, repeat-offender controls, restricted evidence handling, and cooperation with qualified authorities. We review these measures as threats, technology, law, Google Play requirements, and AsAce features change.

We may update these standards to address new risks, legal requirements, or product changes. The current page will display its effective date. An update does not prevent action against conduct that violated an earlier version or applicable law.

11. Designated child safety contact

Google Play, competent authorities, qualified safety organizations, and users may use this contact for child-safety notices or policy questions. Never attach or reproduce suspected CSAM.
